Jom, kita cuba yang ni untuk keep on moving...sekurang2nya boleh lah hilang a few calories...well, itupun kalau output lebih banyak dari input. If sama, then takde kesanlah kot... Masalah saya pulak, selalunya input lebih dari output! haha... Setakat ni, inilah saja pencapaian saya (tapi inipun pencapaian kumulatif ni, mungkin campur dgn pencapaian org lain jugak ni)...itupun bukan exercise pun...tapi sebab bershopping dan berjalan nak pegi breakfast pagi2! huhu....haru betul. Tapi saya tak update melalui facebook...malas lah kan....bukan betul2 work-out pun ...hehe

ok, masa untuk fokus pada kerja setelah bercuti panjang....Bismillah :-) sampai saja ofis, saya terus bersihkan pokok saya ni sebab banyak sangat nampak daun2 kuning....kesiannyaaa....rindu kat tuan dia ya.. so, sekarang tinggal ni jek.....semoga putik yang kecik tu akan tumbuh lebih banyak lagi sebagai pokok baru!
